I was shaken up and frustrated, but the moment my insurance sent the request, Troy called me right away and gave me an accurate ETA. He could tell I was flustered, and instead of rushing the call, he talked me through it and asked if my car was still steering. When I said yes, he assured me that was a good sign, which immediately helped calm me down. Once he arrived, he went above and beyond, he even looked underneath my car to check for additional damage and gave me guidance on what rims to replace and what to expect next. "Mike went the absolute extra mile when towing my Tesla. I was stranded on the side of the road 4 1/2 miles from fort drum service plaza at 12:30 at night. Mike showed up happy and ready to take the job. He made sure me and my girlfriend were comfortable our 1hr 1/2 ride home. His truck was well kept and clean. Even after I had him tow us to an alternative location in fort Pierce to have Tesla come pick up the car, Tesla denied my roadside service request due to my aftermarket wheels on the vehicle. Mike took the time out of his day to come back, and rehook the car and take it all the way back to my house. He is friendly, hardworking, and gives nettles a great name in the towing industry. "Alex absolutely came to the rescue today! Not only was she 90 minutes faster than the ETA (It only took her 5 minutes to come to us). She was super helpful, friendly, and informative. She told me everything as she was doing it, and was able to tow my car even though it's lowered. I was worried because I've tried putting it on a trailer before, and it was too low! She got my car towed in the blink of an eye. And she was very careful and attentive. She got my car on the ramp without anything scraping or scratching my car. Alex went above and beyond. Not only was she able to help me tow my car to the mechanic right before they closed, but she was kind enough to drive me to the mechanic and help push my car into the lot. You don't meet many people who care as much about what they do or who they do it for. In the past, I've had to wait hours for roadside assistance, just to have subpar service.
